What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)? We have been hearing about EQ Intel a lot lately and how it is different from IQ. From our last guest speaker to learning how to become “woke” to hearing about elevating one’s self to another level, Steph and Ash discuss how individuals can enjoy a successful career and better relationships by relying on their emotional intelligence. Studies have shown that people with high levels of emotional intelligence have greater career success, foster stronger personal relations, have effective leadership skills and are healthier than those with low emotional intelligence.
