Krush Performance: Baseball is Back, Olympic Withdrawal, & My First Book

KP - PHOTO FOR RI SHOWBaseball is back baby, technology and our ability to train the mind are about to change the game, the Olympics are over, and my first book, “The Performance Plan: Strategies for Top Performance in Sport, Business, Coaching and Life,” is out! It is a quick read and I really wanted to get you thinking of what I feel are some of the key points for setting you up to attack your goals & performance in general.

If you get a chance to check it out I’d love to hear your thoughts and get your feedback.

Pushing Performance

We’ve been saying it for years now, “The two big areas of opportunity for pushing human performance forward are technology and understanding & training the mind!” Now, baseball is right at the forefront of both.

Today, we talk with Tim Nicely, President and founder of V-Flex Technologies, Inc., about a new training system that has the potential to change how we train baseball players on the mound and in the batters box. Now, there is Major League proof to back it up.

Also, I’m in Olympic withdrawal already! Is there a way to get your Olympic sport fix every summer & winter?

Should we be paying more attention to the annual World Cup Circuits? I definitely think so
