This week, law enforcement analyst Vincent Hill briefly discuss why he is in agreement with the manslaughter charge finally levied against Michael Drejka in Clearwater, FL. Two weeks ago, Vincent went in depth on this case and how the killing of Markeis McGlockton was anything but “Stand Your Ground.” Earlier this week, the State’s Attorney’s office charged Drejka was manslaughter.
Then, Vincent discusses Sacramento Police Chief Daniel Hahn, who is the city’s first black Chief of Police. Hahn has come out with a new “Discourage Foot Pursuit” policy if it is “risky” based on the shooting of Stephon Clark. While crime will sky rocket in Sacramento because of this “appease the community” policy.
