Legendary Football Coach Steve Spurrier tells it like it was meeting with Rock and a couple of media members before being inducted into the Sports Club of Tampa Bay’s Hall of Fame. Spurrier reminisced about his days as the quarterback for the winless expansion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, coaching in the USFL with the Tampa Bay Bandits and of course his days in Gainesville with the Gators. Wait till you hear what he says about coaching the Washington Redskin!
Rock reminisces as well, going back to when smoking was allowed at radio station 970 WFLA in Tampa. Rock talks about the Bucs current rookie center Graham Barton amazed how hot it is trying to practice in Tampa. Rock can’t believe how many bear sightings there are in North Jersey now, where he never saw one in his 30 years there and a whole lot more!
