What got you here…..won’t get you there.

These are words stand true for virtually all athletes when we look at the process of development. You can not keep doing the same thing and hope to progress and develop to new levels of performance.

This week, we talk with player agent Manny Schmidt of Link Management International about their process for developing not just athletes and players but well rounded individuals.

Also, we look at one of the world’s leading sporting organizations, Hockey Canada.

Paul Carson, Vice President of Membership Development joins us as we look back on the decision to ban body checking at the developmental levels of the game, new innovations like the “Cross Ice” program that is changing how we teach the game of hockey, and we’ll look at the top summer sports for hockey players as recommended by Hockey Canada.

We’re talking innovations in player development right here on Krush Performance.
