Today, you can probably pick out the organizations with great cultures with great accuracy:

Kansas City Chiefs – The LA Dodgers – Vegas Knights -Celtics

Or Top Schools: Stanford, Penn State, University of California

Storied football Franchises: Liverpool, Barcelona FC Real Madrid, Chelea

They all have a Culture of Winning / Winning Cultures.

Coming off of last weeks show with Kevin Tyler, President of Altis the conversation with our listeners surprised me.

It was more about the environment and culture that Kevin and Altis has created and not so much the details that make up a performance program.

The talk was about the big picture of when an athlete or coach step into an environment like this – only good things can happen, and I really thought this takeaway was interesting.
