This week on Krush Performance an incredible journey of perseverance, survival, teamwork and problem solving all while performing at the highest levels of Sport and Business.

The Outcome: An Incredible Program that I personally believe will change how we work with, support and develop athletes.

In a truly inspirational story we talk with Jason Campeau, CEO of Elite Athlete Services, a program designed to help armature and professional athletes with all of their cognitive, mental and performance needs.

Today I will ask you to step into the lead roll and imagine yourself as a young hockey player leaving home to step into the turbulent and uncertain world of professional hockey.

Then with injuries and concussions forcing you out of sport, you step into the Tech Industry where you help build a great company.

The comes a big buyout and this allows you to step back into the world of sport this time however your teammates won’t be 20 or so other hockey players.

No, this time your team will be made up of 16 of the most loyal and dedicated teammates you could ever imagine.

Teammates that will take you thousands of miles across the arctic in one of the most brutal, difficult and challenging races on earth not just once or twice but 5 times.

On the fourth race, these teammates will save your life after a terrible fall helping you survive just long enough through a brutal blizzard and – 55 /-60-degree temperatures.

Just Long enough for some special people could safely arrive with an Blackhawk Helicopter to get you back to safety – a safety that would turn out to be a new kind of nightmare. The kind of nightmare that can come with a major brain injury/ concussion.

This is a story of dreams and goals, survival and perseverance that all come together in a new cutting-edge program that will change Sport Performance / Human Performance for all time.

I am so glad you are joining me here today and I’m very proud to share Jason’s incredible story on this week’s episode of Krush Performance: “From the Rink to the Boardroom: It’s Okay Not to Be Okay”.
