Guest Ryan Easley and his family founded and built Growler Pines Tiger Preserve in Hugo, OK. They provide guided tours which includes a show/demonstration with the tigers, to the delight of the audience. Ryan’s tigers, all born in human care, serve as ambassadors for their wild cousins. The Easleys support conservation programs that care for tigers in SE Asia, and the other animals in their ecosystem, and would like to see animal rights groups that raise millions for animals, use that money for the animals instead of high salaries and marketing programs. Tune in to hear about the care of the tigers, as well as the licensing requirements to hold and care for tigers. Ryan and his family share a passion for providing an opportunity for people, especially children to see and learn about animals, which is essential in ensuring their survival.
