Sometimes you have to disconnect. Tracy Guida is joined by friend and local chef, Anthony Santos. The two of them share their thoughts on taking time to disconnect and really enjoy the company of friends and family and focusing on the food rather than constantly taking pictures. This is something they are both committed to being better at in the future and are both making personal changes in their life that will reflect their new journeys.
