This week, Vincent discusses St. Anthony, MN police officer Jeronimo Yanez being charged with manslaughter in the shooting of Phil Castile, which his girlfriend live streamed of Facebook. Prosecutors have come to the conclusion that Castile never attempted to pull the handgun from his pocket after telling Officer Yanez that he had it and was licensed to carry the weapon. If convicted, Officer Yanez faces 10 years in prison.
Vincent wraps up the show by discussing the war on police in America and how people would react if someone came into their office shooting. If you think about it, an officer’s patrol car is their office. Why is there no conversation about that?
