Radio Influence is very pleased to welcome long time Tampa Bay radio and television personality Nancy Alexander to the Radio Influence family. Her podcast, “LOL! With Nancy Alexander,” will debut the first week of April on iTunes, Stitcher, TuneIn Radio, and RadioInfluence.com.
“LOL! With Nancy Alexander” will be a fun spirited, tongue in cheek look at pop culture, entertainment, and life in general.
Alexander began her career on Q105 in the mid-80’s as a member of the radio industry innovating “Q Morning Zoo.” After a short stay in Houston, she returned to the Tampa Bay area as one of the main personalities at WMTX-FM in the 90’s and took a job as a features reporter on FOX 13 (WTVT-TV) where she solidified herself as a powerhouse in the Tampa Bay media.
In October 2000, her witty, snarky personality landed her appearances alongside Regis Philbin on his daily nationally syndicated television show after co-host Kathie Lee Gifford departed.
Alexander continued her radio career at WMTX-FM in Tampa until 2009.
Since then, Alexander has made numerous appearances on both radio and television and is excited about this next chapter in her career.
