Only by the grace of God, Virginia faced and survived a regime-sent assassin in Communist Romania, so she knows first-hand what tyranny looks like. The noted human rights attorney/public speaker/author is concerned too many Americans are sleeping, still believing Communism can’t/won’t happen here. She’s the president of Virginia Prodan Ministries, host of the Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan podcast, author of the best-selling book, “Saving My Assassin.”

    Hi Gary!
I can relate to Virginia Prodan and what she went through. The pogroms in Ukraine between 1917 and 1921 represent the worst and bloodiest anti-Jewish massacres prior to the Holocaust. The estimated number of Jews murdered in Ukraine in the aftermaths of World War I ranges from 50,000 to 200,000, with many more Jews suffering violence and loss of property. This was known as the pogroms. The Russians murdered their Jewish victims and took their pocessions and land. This occured during the civil war that followed the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. My Grandparents were having lunch in their beautiful home with their children. Without warning, these Russians burst into their dinning room and shot my Grandparents and started looting their home. My Father and his Sister escaped by running towards the border while being chased by other soldiers. It is from personal experience that I hate the communists. They robbed my family of their wealth and lives. My Father and Aunt came here poor and alone as children. Fortunately my Dad’s uncle heard what had happen and raised them as his own. I will only use my first name as I don’t want my personal info on the internet. I’m sure you can understand. God Bless You, Frances
