It’s different for everyone and I believe that too many athletes give up way too early.
So today, I wanted to talk about chasing down the dream. When do you call it quits & what the hell are you supposed to do to create opportunity for yourself so you can break into the next level?
We’ll talk with Krush Performance athlete, pitcher Tyler Vavra, about his career to this point and why he is not giving up the chase. It’s a great story of perseverance. Will he succeed? Can he make it to professional ball? Time will tell.
Then, we’ll talk performance nutrition with Ricky Ng, – sport nutrition expert from Revivewellness.ca.
Ricky has his International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sport Nutrition, is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and a Nutrition Consultant for the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL.
