Yards & Stripes: Army beat writer for the Times Herald-Record Sal Interdonato

Army had a dominating win last week against Air Force in the second leg of the Commander In Chief (CIC) Trophy and Price Atkinson opens up this week’s podcast by recapping what happened in the game. In addition to recapping that game, he talks about Navy’s lost to Temple and gives out his weekly game ball.

Then, it’s on to the featured guest of the week as Price chats with Army beat writer Sal Interdonato of the Times Herald-Record. Some of the topics they discuss in their conversation include where does Army’s shocking and dominant 21-0 win over Air Force rank in the Jeff Monken era at West Point and should Army now be considered the favorite against Navy to win their first CIC Trophy since 1996?

Also on this week’s podcast, Price give you his power rankings, previews this weekend’s games featuring the service academy football programs and wraps up the show with “Faces Of The Fallen” honoring a former Navy wrestler killed in the line of duty on April 29, 2007 in Afghanistan.
