This week, Babe catches up with her old friend D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He has covered the Falcons forever and knows them like no one else so of course they had to chat about this week’s playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks.
From there, Babe is joined by Sports Illustrated’s Jonathan Jones, who just wrote an interesting article on Kansas City Chiefs’ star wide receiver and kick returner Tyreek Hill. Though he may be incredible to watch on the field, off the field is an entirely different matter. In 2014, Hill was arrested for domestic violence for assaulting and choking his then pregnant girlfriend.
Jones spurs a phenomenal conversation and asks a simple question that has a very complex answer. How can we cheer for someone with such a heinous past?
