The guys also discuss the suspension of San Diego Padres general manager AJ Preller. He was suspended for submitting false medical records to the Boston Red Sox in regards to SP Drew Pomeranz, whom the Red Sox acquired around the trade deadline. This situation also calls into question the trade Preller and the Padres made with the Marlins that saw SP Colin Rea return to the Padres after he sprained his pitching elbow in his first appearance with the Fish.
